How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Domestic orders normally arrive within 3-7 days of shipping, unless otherwise noted.

International orders normally arrive within 2-6 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product  you return must be in the same condition you received it. 

How do I choose my shipping method?

Choosing the shipping method is simple. When you are on the checkout page you will be able to choose shipping method for each product.

How do I track the status of my order?

After order you will receive the the tracking ID if it’s available from the seller. You could track your order going on “17track.net”.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

You can always go page back on the checkout page. If it happens that you already ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can change it..

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide and in most cases we are doing free shipping.

Will my items come in one package?

It depends. In most cases no. If you are buying more items from one seller or manifactury, your items will come one package.
